About Nicole London

Experience is the greatest teacher. Nicole London started her real estate career 21 years ago after she had a bad real estate transaction when she opened her first hair salon as a lease with option to purchase. Unfortunately for Nicole, the landlord found a ‘loophole’ to terminate the contract. She knew then that she had to educate herself on the ins and outs of the real estate process to make sure this would not occur again. Upon this journey, she developed a love for Real Estate after becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. 


Since that time, Nicole has been representing residential and commercial buyers and sellers in the Dekalb, Gwinnett & North Fulton areas for the past 21 years. Along with her Real Estate license, she also has her Broker’s License, is now a Atlanta Board member and was a member of the Agent Leadership Council for 3 years. Additionally, she continued to rank in the top 10% of her office.


Moving to Atlanta over 24 years ago, Nicole loves her community and has always been an entrepreneur since the age of 18. Her first venture was as a hair stylist in the Dekalb community. In the earlier years she used real estate knowledge and experience to open her second hair salon in the Snellville area. 


In her spare time, Nicole spends time with her son and keeps him involved in extra curricular activities. Additionally, she has her close-knit family nearby. As a descendant of Guyana, South America, Nicole also enjoys participating in the traditional Caribbean activities in and around the area.


All in all, Nicole loves to share her knowledge with her clients to help educate them on the buying and or selling process.
